摘要
社会化媒体企业级应用已成为企业未来的发展趋势,而社会化招聘则是其在人力资源管理领域的重要表现之一。本文在解读社会化招聘特征及其现状的基础上,对其面临的挑战进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。
Ocial media enterprise applications has become a developing trend for corporations and socialization recruitment is one of the important performances in the field of human resouree management. Based on summarizing the characteristics and current situation of socialization recruitment, this article analyzes the facing challenges, also puts forward corresponding strategies.
