摘要
金刚石碎岩刀头的结构影响着碎岩工具的加工效率。采用了梯形分层刀头结构 ,其分层数一般为 5~ 9层 ,纯胎体层每层厚 0 .4~ 0 .8mm,适当控制孕镶层与纯合金层的厚度比 ,可以大大提高锯片的时效与加工效率 ,现场对比试验表明 ,其应用效果远优于普通刀头。文章还对该刀头独特的破岩和磨损机理进行了分析。
Structure of artificial diamond bit tool influenced efficiency cutting rock. Trapezoidal laminal bit tool was adopted. Number of plies was 5~9 plies. Thickness of matrix was 0.4~0.8 mm. The alloy ply thickness rate of modified ply thickness was controlled well. This method could improve operating efficiency of saw web. Mechanism of cutting rock and wearing mechanism were analyzed.
