摘要
新型金刚石碎岩刀头，由含有金刚石的孕镶层和纯胎体层相间组成。特殊的分层结构具有独特的破岩和磨损机理，能消除硬岩锯切中的圆弧化现象，提高切割效率和定向性能。生产试验证实其应用效果好。
The new diamond cutter for fracturing rock consists of pregnant layers containing diamond and pure metal matrix layers alternately. This structure has special work mechanism on fracturing rock and wearing cutter. The are problem appeared in sawing hard rock is resolved, and sawing efficiency and directing property are improved.The good application results tested by production are achieved.
