摘要
以马尾松硫酸盐制浆黑液为原料,制备两亲型改性木素添加剂,并考察其用量对水煤浆成浆性能的影响。结果表明,两亲型改性木素添加剂含有亲油基团-CH_2CH_2CN和亲水基团-SO_3H、-CONH_2、-OH;对水煤浆具有良好的降黏作用,当添加剂用量为0.6%时,浆体的表观黏度降到1200mPa·s以下,且流动性和稳定性较好;添加两亲型改性木素添加剂的水煤浆具有明显的剪切变稀和触变性的流动特性,表现出屈服假塑性。与同类产品性能指标对比表明,两亲型基团的引入改善了添加剂的性能,对水煤浆制备具有良好的作用效果。
Amphiphilic modified lignin additive for coal water slurry was prepared using masson pine kraft cooking black liquor as materials, and effect of additive dosage on the slurry ability of coal water slurry was studied. The results indicated that the additive contained hydrophobic groups, i.e., -CH2CH2CN and hydrophilic groups, i.e., -SO3H, -CONH2 and -OH. The additive had good viscosity reducing effect, e.g. the shear viscosity of the prepared coal water slurry was less than 1200 mPa's when the additive dosage was 0.6%, and the slurry has such advantages as excellent flow property and stability. The coal water slurry prepared using amphiphilic modified lignin additive had rheological property of evident shear-thinning and thixotropic property, and it exhibited yield pseudoplastic performance. The results from the comparison experiments concluded that the performance of the coal water slurry had been improved evidently using the modified lignin additive which contained the amphiphilic groups.
