摘要
经化学改性后的木质素磺酸钠作为水煤浆添加剂用于大同煤制浆 ,可使煤浆浓度提高2 % ,并且浆的稳定性也有明显改善 .傅立叶红外光谱 (FTIR)分析结果表明 ,改性以后木质素磺酸钠的活性基团增加 ,表面活性提高 .实验还借助于紫外与可见分光光度法 (UVVS)和ζ -电位测定仪 ,研究了煤水分散体系界面性质对水煤浆成浆性的影响 .
The modified sodium lignosulphonates as a kind of additive of coal water slurry (CWS) has been prepared, which made the concentration of CWS of Datong coal increased by 2%.The stability of the CWS has been improved obviously. It has been showed by FTIR that the activated function groups of modified sodium lignosulphonates have been much increased. In addition, by means of the Ultrviolet Visible Spectrophtometry (UVVS) and ζ-potential, the coal water dissipation system interface character which affects CWS slurrability has been studied.
