摘要
为实现葡萄酒厂废水的达标排放及沼气能源的充分回收,采用两级软硬双床厌氧滤池(anaerobic filter,AF)工艺和好氧折流沟对高浓度葡萄酒有机废水进行处理.结果表明:在常温条件下,经一级AF采用半连续进料方式,COD降解率为69.00%;二级AF采用连续进料方式,COD降解率为90.01%,进一步采用好氧处理,可以实现达标排放.
The investigation was designed to bring winery wastewater up to the discharge limits steadily and recycling biogas energy efficiently. The experiment was carried out in two - stage soft and hard packing media double bed AF (SHDBAF) and aerobic baffling ditch at the ambient temperature. The results showed that COD removing rate was 69.00% in the first -stage SHDBAF with Semi -continuous feeding. COD removing rate was 90.01% in the second -stage SHDBAF with continuous feeding, It was possible to make further treatment in the aerobic baffling ditch without aeration. The wastewater can meet the discharge standard.
