摘要
研究如何提高微生物法测定生物素的准确性和稳定性。对微生物法测定生物素的关键控制点、主要影响因素进行探讨分析。采用IFP微孔板试剂盒检测婴幼儿配方奶粉中生物素含量,相对传统方法具有操作方法简便、结果准确、重复性好的特点。
The article discusses how to enhance the accuracy and stability of assay of biotin by microbiological method.And the key operation and main elements which may affect the results of microbiological assay was analyzed as well.Biotin in infant formula milk powder was assayed by IFP microplate kit method in contract with traditional methods,and the result shows that microplate kit is easy to be operated with high reproducibility and accurate results.
