婴幼儿乳粉中生物素含量的测定研究 被引量:15

摘要 研究利用微生物法测定婴幼儿乳粉中生物素的含量。利用植物乳杆菌(ATCC 8014)对生物素具有很高灵敏性的特点,其生长与生物素含量成一定的线性关系,通过测定培养后菌液吸光度的变化得出婴幼儿乳粉中生物素的含量。测得的标准曲线在0.1ng~1ng范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.9989),所测样品RSD为2.8%(n=6),标准品平均回收率为89.3%~97.7%。该方法重现性较好,稳定可靠,适用于婴幼儿乳粉中生物素含量的测定。 Research on the reliability of determination of biotin in infant milk powder by microbiological method. The relationship between the growth of Lactobacillus Plantarum( ATCC 8014)and the biotin content in solution is linear. Biotin content in infant milk powder can be measured by absorbency of bacterial solution. The linear relationship for the standard curve in the range of 0.1 ng - 1 ng was good ( R2 = 0.9989 ). The recovery rate was 89.3% -97.7% and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 2.8% (n =6). The method can be used for the determination of biotin in infant milk powder.
