摘要
糯扎渡水电站工程提出了"创国家优质工程金奖"的质量目标,为确保现场质量控制达到标准化、精细化、规范化,在对现场实物质量加强控制的同时,实施了一系列质量控制措施,以确保工程质量达到优良水平。总结分析了糯扎渡水电站监理中心在创优工作中开展的一系列质量管理方法。
Creating the National Gold Prize for Projects is targeted to Nuozhadu Hydropower Project. A series of measures for quality con- trol are implemented to assure the excellent quality of the project while quality of the physical entities on site is reinforced to realize stand- ardization, delicacy and normalization of quality control. In this paper, a series of＇ methods for quality control applied by Northwest Super- vision Center in the operation of creating excellence are summarized and analyzed.
