摘要
本文在研究建筑工程项目的全面质量管理和质量控制理论方法的基础上,运用全面质量管理方法和质量控制手段对建筑施工项目进行了全员、全过程、全项目的管理和控制,研究如何运用先进的质量管理和控制方法来确保工程项目质量。
Based on the research of the overall quality management and quality control theory method of construction project, the pape applys the thorough quality management methods and quality control methods to conduct all-member, entire process and all-project management and control,the paper discusses how to use advanced quality management and control method to ensure project quality.
