摘要
基于大型跨国公司共享服务中心的运作模式和思路,提出以大型公立医院为中心、以区域医院为联合,组建大型区域性的医院后勤共享服务中心是公立医院后勤改革的重要模式。论述了医院后勤共享服务中心的可行性、构建模式和运作要点,从而为公立医院的后勤改革提供理论指导。
Based on the concept and operation mode of a large multinational company,new mode of pubic hospital logistic reform,describes as constructing large regional centered hospital logistic service sharing center which centered on large public hospital and united with regional hospital is presented.The feasibility,construction mode and key points on operation of hospital logistic service sharing center is discussed and gives theory guideline for public hospital logistic reform.
