摘要
为了解区域医院临床学科资源利用情况,采用描述性统计方法,分析了某系统某区域23所二、三级医院临床学科现有资源的效率、结构、规模、特色。结果显示:各临床学科均超编制展开,高效率与低效率、高负荷与低负荷的现象并存,资源不足与浪费并存。
To find out the current situation of clinical subject resources of hospitals in a region, the researchers, using the descriptive stastical method, analyzed the efficency. structure , size and characteristics of 23 hospitals in a certain military region. It was found that all clinical subjects outspread overrun the authorization, and the high efficency and workload was existed with the low,and the clinical subject resource is neither sufficient nor economy.
