摘要
总结并简略介绍目前国内现行的几种主要医院后勤社会化改革模式,通过管理机制的转变、人事制度改革、产权结构、资源利用等多角度来分析医院后勤社会化过程中不同改革模式所体现出来的优点和可能存在的问题,目的在于强调要因地制宜地选择适宜本医院后勤社会化的管理模式以及政府在医院后勤社会化改革中应起重要作用。
The present article is an attempt to summarize and briefly introduce some major models currently employed in China to reform the socialization of logistics in hospital. Advantages and potential problems going with different reform models adopted in the socialization of logistics in hospital have been discussed from perspectives of the change of administration mechanism, the reform of the personnel system, the structure of property rights, and the utilization of resources. The purpose is to highlight the reasonable selection of administration models appropriate for specific conditions, and the important role government should play in the reform of the socialization of logistics in hospital.
