摘要
目的:建立中药材中铜元素的通用检测方法。方法:统一微波消解前处理方法,应用于FAAS、ICP-MS和ICP-OES三种仪器同时进行测定。结果:对23种218批中药的样品进行测定,种类覆盖了动植物各药用部位的药材,建立了测定中药材中铜元素含量的通用方法。结论:微波消解前处理方法通用性强,三种仪器测定结果准确,满足铜元素测定的需求,测定结果可为制订中药中有害元素铜含量的限度提供依据。
Objective：To establish the common method for copper determination in Chinese herbal medicine.Methods： With the same pretreatment of microwave digestion,FASS,ICP-MS and ICP-OES were used for determination of copper simultaneously.Results： Two hundred and eighteen Chinese herbal medicine samples in 23 kinds were involved in this study,covering all the medicine parts of animal and plants medicines.The common method for copper level determination in Chinese herbal medicine was established.Conclusion： The preparation of microwave digestion can be widely used.The results from three different machines are accurate to meet the need of copper testing which could support the limit of copper in TCM.
