摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)测定了安徽省24种常用中药材中铅的含量。结果表明,所测中药材中铅的含量与其药用部位有关:由高到低顺序为:叶类中药材,树皮类中药材,花类中药材,根类中药材,果实种子类中药材;叶类中药材最容易受到环境铅的污染,应引起重视。
The content of lead in 24 species Chinese medicinal materials in Anhui province was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). The result showed that the contents of lead in Chinese medicinal materials was connected to their officinal organs. The content of lead from high to lower the Folium, the Cortex, the Flos, the Radix, the Fructus, the Semen. The Folium were most easily polluted by their growing circumstance, they should be taken into consideration seriously.
