摘要
合理使用抗菌药物是医院管理的重点之一。新疆医科大学第一附属医院充分利用信息化手段,搭建了用药路径信息平台,实现了医生抗菌药物处方权和分级使用抗生素的管理,实现了医师开嘱行为动态监测和及时反馈。医院管理部门可通过该平台对抗生素使用情况进行查询、分析、监测。通过包括信息系统等多种手段的管理,Ⅰ类切口手术抗生素使用率、围手术期抗生素使用率、术前抗生素使用率、抗菌药物使用强度均有下降,术后3日内停药率增加。
Rational use of antimicrobial agents has been the importance in hospital management. Our hospital makes the prescription and the classification of antimicrobial agents managed, and the dynamic monitoring of prescription feedback with infomation platform. The mage condition ofantimicrobial agents could be inquired, analyzed and monitored by the hospital with the information plarform. There are many decreases-the antimicrobial agents use m surgery with incision I, preoperative period, before surgery period and antibacterial strength-while the increase of withdrawal rate after surgery.
