摘要
为提高抗菌药物合理应用监查工作病案筛选及检测效率,加强评估结果的权威性、客观性,达到抗菌药物合理应用监查目的。开发软件辅助病案筛选与检测,对用药费用、用药种类、用药天数、日均药费、切口等级、危重天数等6个相关指标,利用秩和比法综合分析进行初筛,高效率的筛选出"有价值"病案;对入选病案的抗菌药物使用情况与使用日程、剂量、手术操作、体温、白细胞、药敏、检查等信息进行图形化、可视化关联显示,方便监查人员快速、全面检测,提高了病案抗菌药物合理应用监查效率。
To improve the medical records screening and detection efficiency about rational use of antibiotics,to strengthen authority and objectivity of assessment,to achieve the purpose of inspection of rational use of antibiotics,software was invented to auxiliary screening and detection of medical records.Six related indicators such as expenses of medicine,medication type,number of days of using medicine,daily average expenses of medicine,the incision grade and critically days were used to comprehensive analysis of medical records screening by Rank Sum Radio.Medical records which had problem were screened high efficiency.The graphical and visualization information of selected medical records such as the use of antibiotics agents,using schedule,dose,mode of operation of operative,body temperature,white blood cells,drug sensitivity,examination was displayed.It made inspection staff easier to detect medical records fast and comprehensively.The method improved the efficiency of screening medical records of rational use of antibiotics.
