摘要
佛山某工程地质条件及周边环境复杂,设计采用逆作法施工技术。其支撑体系采用"核心筒地下连续墙+基坑周边变截面连续墙"作为永久支撑结构。针对地下连续墙体量大、钢筋笼质量大、吊装难度大、异形柱焊接制作、接头位置处理及混凝土浇筑难度较大等问题,介绍了工程项目逆作法采用的地下连续墙施工工艺流程和操作要点。
Some engineering in Foshan has complex geological conditions and surrounding environment,reverse method is adopted in the design.Core tube diaphragm wall and variable cross section diaphragm wall are adopted as permanent support structures.According to the problems such as large quantity of diaphragm wall and reinforcement cage,difficulties in hoisting,welding of special-shaped columns and concrete pouring,this paper introduced construction process and key points in diaphragm wall construction with top-down method.
