摘要
电梯井道多采用钢筋混凝土现浇剪力墙结构,电梯井道内架体具有模板支撑和操作工人在架体上进行操作的双重作用。若井道内架体搭设不稳固,极易造成高空坠落等严重安全事故。本文针对高层建筑电梯井道施工的特点,以重庆市某高层建筑施工中电梯井道的施工为例,采用型钢焊接制作了移动式脚手架,较好地避免了电梯井道脚手架搭设周期较长、使用材料较多、且搭设成本较高的问题,有效地预防了井道施工安全事故的发生。
Elevator shaft is usually of reinforced concrete cast-in-place shear wall structure and its inner structure has the dual role of supporting the formwork and helping workers work on the frame body. If the the inner structure is not firmly established, serious security accidents like air drop can easily occur. The author takes the elevator shaft construction of some high-rise building construction as an example to present the characteristics of ele- vator shaft construction of high-rise buildings. It makes mobile scaffolds out of article steel so that problems like long-term establishment of elevator shaft scaffold, overuse of materials and high cost of establishment are resolved and security accidents are effectively avoided.
