摘要
采用光学金相、透射电镜 (TEM )、X射线衍射分析 (XRD)和力学性能测试等方法研究了热处理工艺对 3Cr 1Mo 0 2 5V Ti B钢组织与性能的影响。试验结果表明 ,该钢在空冷条件下可获得均匀的粒状贝氏体组织 ,具有良好的耐回火性和较高综合力学性能。同时 ,给出了最佳热处理工艺。
Effect of heat treatment on structure and properties of steel 3Cr 1Mo 0 25V Ti B is studied by using optical metallography,TEM,XRD and mechanical property testing.It shows that even granular bainite structure can be obtained in the condition of air quenching.The temper resistance is better and comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel are higher.The optimum heat treatment process is also suggested.
