再论锻焊式加氢反应器用材的选择 被引量:4

FURTHER DISCUSSION ON MATERIAL SELECTION FOR FORGE WELDING TYPE HYDROGENATED REACTOR

摘要 介绍了锻焊式热壁加氢反应器目前可供选择的三种材料——— 2 Cr 1Mo(F2 2 )、3Cr 1Mo V(F3V)和 2 Cr 1Mo V(F2 2V)在国内外的使用情况。对三种材料的抗氢腐蚀、抗氢脆、抗堆焊层剥离和抗回火脆性等性能进行了分析对比 ,并对我国炼油工业加氢反应器的设计选材提出了建议 ,指出 :“炼油工业的加氢反应器应优先考虑采用F2 2” ,“应做详细的技术经济比较”。 The applied situation of three material--2Cr-1Mo(F22),3Cr-1Mo-V(F3V) and Cr-1Mo-V(F22V) at present for use in the material selection of forge welding type hydrogenated reactor at home and abroad are recommended.There material performance of hydrogen attack resistance,hydrogen brettleness resistance,overlay layer disbonded resistance and temper embrettle resistance are compared and analyzed.The proposal for design material selection of hydrogenated reactor in home refining industry is suggested,and point out:'The hydrogenated reactor in refining industry should give priority to select F22''The technical economic comparison should be conducted'.
