摘要
采用金相、TEM、XRD等方法研究了 3Cr- 1Mo- 1/ 4V钢组织与性能 ,结果表明 :3Cr- 1Mo- 1/ 4V钢在5 5 0℃回火时出现二次硬化现象 ,其强度、硬度达到极大值 ,随回火温度的升高和回火时间的延长 ,强度、硬度下降 ,而塑性增加。经模拟最大焊后热处理 (Max.PWHT)后的拉伸性能和模拟最小焊后热处理(Min.PWHT)后的 - 18℃夏比 (V型 )冲击韧性均满足加氢反应器的设计要求。筒体锻件性能分析表明 :力学性能均匀 ,达到了加氢反应器的技术要求 ,良好的成分均匀性。
Microstructure and mechanical properties of steel 3Cr 1Mo 1/4V have been studied by metallograph,TEM and XRD. The results show that the secondary hardening occurs at 550 ℃. The strength and hardness decrease with the increasing of the tempering temperature and time, meanwhile the plasticity increase. The mechanical properties reach the technical requirements of pressure vessels for hydrogen reactor after max. FWHT and min. FWHT. The mechanical properties of cylindric forge are uniform, conform technical requirements of pressure vessel for hydrogen reactor. The reason of high strength and toughness of the test steel is uniform composition, high hardenability and occurance of tempering meta bainite.
