摘要
随着时代的发展和高等教育改革的深化,高校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化建设进入了一个前行维艰的困境:问题越来越多,瓶颈越来越细。要进一步加强辅导员职业化、专业化建设首先必须进行理念的更新和转变,然后按照生态位分化原理,建立辅导员的制度、能力、工作内容、考核发展壁垒,实现"教育"与"管理"的适度分离,构建起"全员育人"的工作模式,最终实现辅导员队伍职业化、专业化建设的目标。
Along with the development of the age, occupation and specialization of college counselors construc- tion entered a dilemma. We only idea renewal and transformation, moderate separation of ＂education＂ and ＂man- agement＂, in order to ultimately achieve the target of the counselors specialization and occupation.
