摘要
根据人的社会化理论,履行社会化功能的结构包括了家庭、学校、社会团体、工作机构、大众媒体、政党、政府、公共生活场所等等多元的结构,真正发挥社会化作用是一个综合的复杂的过程。因此,牢固确立全员育人、环境育人、实践育人的育人新理念,是我们提高思想政治教育有效性的重要前提和关键。
According to the theory of human being's socialization, we can find that Socialization is a comprehensive and complex process. The component of structure which fulfill the socialization's function includes families, schools, social groups, working organizations, mass media, parties, governments, public places and so on. To build the new cultivation system is important in China's moral education at present, which is based on the idea of all-around education and education combined with environment and practices.
