摘要
结合声表面波(SAW)标签的物理特性以及零中频的灵活性,设计了一种双通道的声表面波射频识别系统。详细介绍了系统硬件结构,同时给出了零中频结构中直流偏置、本振泄漏、偶次失真和闪烁噪声等问题的解决方案。测试结果表明,该系统不仅成本较低,而且与同类产品相比具有更高的性价比。
This paper designs a Zero-IF transceiver with dual-channel for the SAW RFID system with the physical characteristics of SAW tag, and explains hardware structure in detail, then gives solutions of the direct shift, carrier leakage, and even higher harmonic distortion in Zero-IF transceiver. Test results show that this system predigests the design, reduces the cost and improves the performance of a SAW RFID transceiver comparing with the other ones.
