摘要
绘制了Ni-B -H2 O系的电位 -pH图 ,研究和分析了Ni-W -B -SiC复合电沉积中B的沉积机理。研究表明 :由于氢在Fe基金属上沉积存在超电位 ,使得Ni与B将先于H2 而共沉积。
The Eh-pH diagram of Ni-B-H 2O system was plotted and the deposition mechanism of B in the Ni-W-B-SiC composite coating was investigated.Results showed that Ni and B would co-deposit prior to H 2 due to the over-potential of H 2 deposited in the Fe base.
