摘要
在BaTiO3 陶瓷上化学镀NiB合金, 使其表面金属化, 研究了镀液组成和工艺对沉积速度的影响。选择合适的工艺可以在陶瓷表面得到性能良好的NiB镀层, 其镀层的结构由镍和Ni2B相组成, 镀层与陶瓷的结合强度为5-08 MPa。NiB镀层具有良好的可焊性和导电性, 其电极损耗低于银电极损耗, 可作为代银接触镀层。
Abstract: Ni B alloy was electroless plated on the BaTiO 3 ceramics to metallize the surface. Influences of plating bath and process on deposition rate were studied. Experimetnal results show that an excellent Ni B coating may be obtained on the ceramic surface if proper processes were selected. The structure of coating consists of Ni phases and Ni 2B phases. The combined strength of Ni B plating and ceramics is 5.08 MPa. Ni B plating possesses good weldability and conductivity, and the electrode loss is lower than that of silver electrode. It may be used instead of silver plating.
