摘要
强调了钢铁工业多用废钢、少用铁矿石的重要意义，构思了一张有时间概念的钢铁产品生命周期铁流图，提出了衡量钢铁工业废钢资源充足程度的指标——废钢指数（Ｓ），并研究了它与钢铁产品产量变化等因素之间的关系，提出了衡量钢铁工业对铁矿石依赖程度的指标——矿石指数（Ｒ），并研究了它与钢铁产品产量变化等因素之间的关系，利用本文提出的研究思路和方法，可以具体地分析各国各地区的钢铁工业废钢资源问题。
The significance of more use of steel scrap and less use of iron ore by steel industry was emphasized. For the life cycle of steel products an iron-flow diagram with time factor has been worked out. The steel scrap index, S, for defining the degree of availability of steel scrap for steel industry, was formulated, and the relationship between S and the variation of annual output of steel products and some other factors has been studied. The iron ore index, R, for defining the degree of dependence of steel industry on iron ore, was formulated, and the relationship between R and the variation of annual output of steel products and some other factors has also been studied. The problems related to steel scrap resources for the steel industry in a country or a region could be analyzed in detail according to the approach and method mentioned in the paper.
