摘要
通过对美、日、中三国的长期历史粗钢产量和社会采购废钢量等数据进行分析,探讨各自钢产量的变化情况与废钢利用发展之间的关系。利用废钢净出口量、废钢指数与废钢单耗等指标衡量三个国家废钢资源的充足程度与利用水平,并比较分析三个国家废钢利用的不同之处,从中找出我国与发达国家在废钢利用方面的优势与不足。
The discussion is focused on the relationship between the changing situation of each steel production and the utilization and development of steel scrap by data analysis on the longterm crude steel in histroy and the social purchase steel scrap quantity in those countries as the United States,Japan and China.The advanatges and disadvantages can be found in the utilization of steel scrap in the comparison of China with those developing countires by the method that analyzes the adequacy degree and use level of steel scrap in those three countires by such indexes as its net exports,index and unit consumption with the comparative analysis of the difference in the steel scrap unitlization by those three countires.
