摘要
目的建立测定银栀口服液中绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用Agilent EclipseXDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(20∶80),流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:327 nm,柱温:30℃,进样量:10μL。结果绿原酸浓度在2.184~109.2μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.65%,RSD为1.48%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确,专属性强,灵敏度高,可用于银栀口服液中绿原酸的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in yinzhi oral solu-tion. Methods The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4. 6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm )was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 5% acetic acid(20: 80) ,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 327 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the inject volume was 10 μL. Results A good linear correlation of chlorogenic acid was ob-served within the range of 2. 184 - 109. 2 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 98.65% with RSD of 1.48% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is rapid, simple and accurate,it can be used for the determination of chlorogenic acid in yinzhi oral solution.
