摘要
建立以高效液相色谱法测定复方杏香兔耳风颗粒中绿原酸的含量的方法,实验以绿原酸浓度、对峰面积进行回归分析,得知绿原酸的样品浓度在20～200μg之间的范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为95%～101%,精密度试验的RSD为0.40%.实验结果表明,采用HPLC法测定杏香兔耳风颗粒中绿原酸含量,方法灵敏度高,专属性强,结果准确可靠.
This study established the method to determine chlorogenic acid content by HPLC in Xingxiang Tu-effeng granules,did the regression analysis based on the aUybromide concentration and peak area by the experiment,and found that sample concentration of chlorogenic acid showed a good linear rehtiomhip in the range between 20 - 200μg. The average recovery rate was 95% - 101% and precision test RSD was 0. 4%.The experiment confirms that this method is of high sensitivity, strong specificity, accurate and reli- able.
