摘要
目的建立测定杏杷止咳颗粒中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(50∶50∶0.2),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm,柱温为室温。结果黄芩苷进样量在4~44μg(r=0.999 9)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.69%,RSD=0.61%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法灵敏度高,操作简便,准确可靠,可用于杏杷止咳颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定。
Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Xingpa Zhike Granules.Methods The Agilent C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(50 ∶50 ∶0.2) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The UV detection was 280 nm and the temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear relation of baicalin was well in the injection volume of 4-44 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 99.69%,RSD=0.61%(n=6).Conclusion The method is sensitive,convenient and accurate,which can be used to determine the content of baicalin in Xingpa Zhike Granules.
