摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合的治疗烧伤患者的临床效果。方法:选取我院近期内收治的69例烧伤患者组成A组,并给予该组患者实施中西医结合的治疗方式进行治疗,另选取我院同期收治的65例烧伤患者组成B组,并给予该组患者实施单纯西药治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:A组患者临床治疗有效率为,明显优于B组患者的临床治疗有效率(P<0.05)。结论:临床应用中西医结合的方式对烧伤患者进行治疗时,不仅可以较好的保护创面使其可以更快愈合,还可以降低降低并发症的产生及预防愈合后创面瘢痕的产生。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional and western medicine in treating empyrosis. Methods： 69 burned patients were given integrated traditional and western medicine treatment as group A, while another 65 patients were only given western medicine as group B. The clinical efficacies of both groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in group A was better than that in group B, with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Integrated treatment could not only protect the raw surface to promote its concrescence, but also reduce the incidence of complications and prevent the occurrence of raw surface scar.
