摘要
二冷区铸坯表面温度是调节拉坯速度、控制二冷配水和提高铸坯质量的关键因素之一。针对二冷区的实际恶劣工况,研发了基于在线黑体空腔理论的HFC-I型红外辐射铸坯表面测温系统。在天津钢铁集团炼钢厂4#铸机长期运行结果表明,所研制的测温系统可实现铸坯表面温度的准确、稳定和快速测量,在700℃~1500℃的测温范围内,最大测温误差为3℃,为减少铸坯缺陷、提高产品质量提供保障。
According to the actual conditions,the HFC-I slab surface temperature measurement system was developed based on the radiation theory of blackbody cavity,and had been applied on 4# casting machine of Tianjin iron and steel group Co, Ltd.The operation results show that the developed temperature measurement system can realize the accurate,stable and fast slab surface temperature measurement with the maximum error less than or equal to 3℃ in the range of 700℃- 1500℃,It can reduce the casting defects and improve product quality.
