摘要
介绍了CIT—M 型红外辐射测温系统的工艺特点,利用该系统实测了板坯连铸的典型钢种在不同拉速条件下的铸坯表面温度。分析了拉速和冷却强度对铸坯表面温度的影响。
Technological features of CIT —M infrared - radiation temperature measuring system are described . The strand surface temperatures of typical steel grade cast at various casting speeds are measured by use ofit . The effect ofthe withdrawing speed and the cooling intensity on the strand surface temperature is discussed . The results obtainted form an important basis for the optimization of water distribution in secondary cooling zones at Pangang slab continuous caster.
