摘要 目的:评定工作场所中镍及化合物测量结果的不确定度,为原子吸收光谱法测定其他金属元素的不确定度分析提供参考。方法:找出实验过程中各不确定度分量,计算合成标准不确定度以及扩展不确定度。结果:不确定度的主要来源:采样带来的不确定度(0.020)、测量重复性的不确定度(0.0091)、消解回收率测定不确定度(0.0098)。结论:运用该不确定度评定方法对测定过程中关键环节的识别,将有助于检测人员重点关注关键环节的质量控制,更为有效地提高检测工作的质量。 Objective:The research aimed to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement results for the determination of Ni and its compounds in the air from workplace,and to provide references for the analysis on uncertainty of other metal element determined by FAAS.Methods:Uncertainty components of the test were found out,combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.Result:The study showed the sampling(0.020),the repeated measurements(0.0091),the recoveries(0.0098) were key factors influencing the reliability of results from determination of Ni and its compounds concentration in the air of workplace.Conclusion:The method of uncertaintuy for determination of Ni and its compounds in the air of workplace by FAAS can be used in quality control of determination process,In order to improve the quality of detection more effectively.
