摘要
目的建立并运用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定工作场所空气中锰的不确定度评定方法。方法应用测量不确定度评定方法分析测定过程中不确定度的来源,识别出其中的主要来源。结果不确定度的主要来源:①标准溶液配制引入的不确定度;②样品消解定容引入的不确定度;③采样引入的不确定度;④仪器量化引入的不确定度。结论运用该不确定度评定方法对测定过程中关键环节的识别,将有助于检测人员重点关注关键环节的质量控制,以更为有效地提高检测工作的质量。
Objective : To establish and make use of flame atomic absorption spectrometry determination of manganese in workplace air of uncertainty evaluation method. Method : Using uncertainty evaluation method to analyze the sources of Measurement process uncertainty, and identifying the main sources. Result :The results of a major source of uncertainty: ① standard solution preparation of the introduction of uncertainty; ②the introduction of sample digestion volume uncertainlty; ③sampling uncertainty introduced; ④the introduction of instruments to quantify Uncertainty. Conclusion : Using uncertainty evaluation method to identify the key points during the test processes will help staff focus on key testing points in order to more effectively improve test quality.
