摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)致不孕的临床治疗体会,为寻找最佳治疗方案提供依据。方法将2009年10月至2010年10月就诊的60例PCOS致不孕患者随机分为两组,研究组30例应用枸橼酸氯米芬、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)等西药治疗,并根据女性月经周期中卵泡发育的不同阶段,加用不同的中药治疗;对照组30例单纯应用上述西药治疗。3个月为1个疗程,观察两组妊娠率和排卵率。结果治疗3个疗程后观察两组疗效,研究组妊娠率、排卵率均较对照组高(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗PCOS致不孕的临床疗效满意,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of infertility caused bypolycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS） to provide basis for seeking the optimal treatment scheme.Methods 60 patients with PCOS-induced infertility treated from October 2009 to October 2010 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The research group was treated with Western medicines of Clomiphene Capsule（CC） and human chorionic gonadotropin（HGG）,and added with different Chinese medicines according to the different follicular development stages in female menstrual cycle,while the control group was simply treated with the same Western medicines.The pregnant rates and the ovulation rate in the two groups were observed after 3 months as a treatment course.Results The curative efficacy in two groups were observed after 3 treatment courses,which showed that pregnant rate and the ovulation rate in the research group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of PCOS infertility has satisfactory clinical effect and deserves to be popularized and applied.
