摘要
目的:观察分析中西医结合治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合症不孕的临床效果。方法:治肥胖型多囊卵巢综合症患者中随机选取60例,并分为观察组和对照组两组,每组30例。对照组患者予以基础的对症治疗,并口服达英-35和氯米芬;观察组患者在对照组的基础上加自拟中药方剂治疗,连续服用3个疗程直至妊娠。结果:经治疗后,两组的激素水平LH、LH/FSH、T值均出现明显降低(P<0.05)。综上,观察组治疗效果明显。结论:此治疗方法增加妊娠可能性,满足患者及家属的生育需求。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating obese women with PCOS infertility in the integrative medicine. Methods： 60 cases of obese women with PCOS infertility were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated basing on the symptomatic, and oral English -35and clomiphene citrate; patients in the control group were treated in TCM on the basis of the treatment of the control group, continuous taking 3 courses until pregnancy. Results： After treatment, the hormone levels LH, LH/FSH, T values of the two groups were significantly reduced （P〈0.05）. In conclusion, the effect of the observation group was obvious. Conclusion： This method of treatment to increase the possibility of pregnancy, meet patient and family planning needs.
