摘要
近年来乳制品安全相关的重大公共卫生事件频繁发生,严重影响了消费者的健康。从乳制品生产加工过程入手,分析其各个过程中可能出现不安全因素和潜在危害物并提出相应对策,对我国奶业的健康发展提供指导性建议。
In recent years, major public health events related to dairy safety oecured frequently, seriously af- fected the health of consumers. This article proposes preventive countermeasures according to the insecurity and potential hazards which may emerge in each production process, hoping to provide some reference for the healthy development of China's dairy product.
