摘要
在对建立食品供应链安全保障机制必要性进行分析的基础上,文章提出了解决我国当前食品安全问题的管理机制、追溯机制、预警反应机制和利益分配机制等保障机制。
Based on the analysis of establishing the food supply chain security mechanisms,the food supply chain security mechanisms are proposed to solve the problem of food safty, such as management mechanisms, traceability mechanisms,warning mechanisms,benefits distribution mechanisms and so on.
