摘要
随着我国汽车产业、机动车普及率的爆发式增长,停车难问题已越来越成为困扰我国大城市尤其是大城市老旧小区的一个顽症。这个顽症带来的不良影响特别是其潜在危害不容忽视。关于走出老旧小区停车难之困境有许多的尝试和举措,但目前国内外很难破解停车难困境之主要原因在于面对这个问题缺少一个关于规范、主体、时间及路径的统筹考虑。
With the explosive growth of China＇s automobile industry,motor vehicle penetration,the problem of parking has increasingly become a problem in China＇s major cities,especially in large cities of the old district of a chronic problem.The adve^e effects of this chronic problem,especially its inherent potential hazards cannot be ignored.Out of the old residential parking is difficult predicament many attempts and a wide variety of initiatives,but there not many examples of success at home and abroad to crack Parking Dilemma main reason may lie in the face of this problem,the lack of a specification,the main,time and path of the overall consideration.
