摘要
AGV是现代自动化物流系统中的关键设备之一 ,它是以电池为动力 ,装备有电磁或光学等自动导航装置 ,能够独立自动寻址 ,并通过计算机系统控制完成无人驾驶及作业。安全设计是其开发设计中最重要的环节之一 ,本文集中讨论AGV设计中的安全装置 ,防止错误动作产生的同时 ,能够智能化处理错误动作的安全系统构成。
Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) is one of the key equipment of the automatic material handling system, Equipping with the electromagnetic or optical automatic navigation navigation equipment and powered by battery. AGV can complete the unpiloted travel and tasks with automatic address independently by the control of computer. The safety device is one of the most important tache in the AGV's design. This paper will centralized discuss the compose of the safety system of AGV &AGVS (Automatic Guided Vehicle System) which can intelligent deal with the situation when the false actions take place.
