摘要
目的了解医学生心理健康状况,提高医学生整体素质,对医学生开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法以2005级795名全体医学本科学生为研究对象,采用症状自测量表(SCL-90)进行测试和评定,运用EPQ进行心理特征的测试和评定,并与全国常模进行比较。结果SCL-90中强迫、焦虑、精神病性等因子分高于全国常模;EPQ的P量表、N量表分均低于常模。(P<0.01或0.05)。结论医学入学新大学生军训后心理状况与一般人群相比,存在较多的心理问题。
Objective To provide reference for improving their overall qualities and strengthening the educations on their mental health by investigating and studying state of mental health of undergraduates medical majors. Methods To evaluate the psychological health conditions of 795 of the undergraduate students from medical college with SCL-90 and EPQ, comparing the results with Chinese norm. Results In SCL-90 factors of constraining, depression and psychopathy are more significant than the norm in china, P Quantity and N quantity revealed in EPQ are both lower than the norm in china. Conclusion There are some signifi- cant differences between the state of mental health of the undergraduate students from medical college and that Of ordinary people. There was still a certain proportion of students troubled by mental problems.
