摘要
目的了解医学生心理健康状况,为提高医学生整体素质,加强心理健康教育提供依据。方法以795名05级全体医学本科学生为研究对象,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行测试和评定,运用EPQ进行心理特征的测试和评定,并与全国常模进行比较。结果SCL-90中强迫、焦虑、精神病性等因子分高于全国常模;EPQ的P量表和N量表分均低于常模。结论医学本科生群体心理健康状况总体上与正常人群相比有一定的差异,有相当一部分同学存在心理问题。
Objective To provide reference for improving overall qualities and strengthening the educations on the mental health of undergraduates in medical majors by investigating and studying their mental health state. Methods To evaluate the mental health of 795 students from medical college with SCL-90 and EPQ, comparing the results with Chinese norm. Results Obsession, depression and psychopathy of SCL-90 were more higher than the Chinese norm. P quantity and N quantity revealed in EPQ were both lower than the norm, Conclusion There are some significant differences between the state of mental health of the undergraduate students from medical college and norm. There is still a certain proportion of students troubled by mental problems.
