摘要
项目管理是非重复性的独特活动的管理方式。随着图书馆业务中非日常重复性工作内容的增加,打破旧有的管理模式和思想,应用项目管理理念模式变得越来越重要。通过阐述项目管理的概念,对图书馆实施项目管理的重点进行分析。
Project management is the management of unique non-repetitive activities. With the increase of non-routine library operations, it＇s important that breaking the old management model and ideas to apply project management concepts mode. It analyzes the implementation of the project management in the library by describing the concept of project management.
