摘要
论述了图书馆联盟用户管理系统实施项目管理的流程和原则,分析了可能导致用户管理系统失败的因素,以及项目评价流程和意义。
In this paper,how to carrying out project management of the library consortia user management system was discussed,including the project implementation procedure and principles,and the factors leading to the user management system failure were analyzed,and the project evaluation process and meaning were also presented.
