摘要
以建设一个"中国国庆六十周年"专题项目特色数据库为例,分析了数字图书馆项目的概念,探讨了项目管理技术在数字图书馆项目立项、方案细化、计划与设计、实施与控制、发布与验收等整个项目生命周期中的应用及意义。
Taking the construction of the characteristic database of a special project ＂China＇s sixtieth anniversary of National Day＂ as an example,this paper analyzes the concept of the project of digital library,and probes into the application and significance of the project management technology in the whole the life cycle of digital library project including the project approval,scheme detailing,plan and design,implementation and control,and release and acceptance,etc.
