摘要
目的分析小儿咳嗽文献中方药应用情况,总结用药规律并指导临床。方法检索CNKI,建立小儿咳嗽中医用药文献研究数据库,采用SPSS 11.5统计软件统计描述。结果治疗小儿咳嗽的中药共计134味,使用次数734味次;所用药物种类依次以清热药、化痰止咳药、补虚药、解表药运用最多,占总体用药的78.88%;其中药味以苦、甘、辛为主,累计频率达90.7%;药性以寒、温、平为主,累计频率达96.99%;归经以肺、脾、胃65.66%。结论本病以肺气失宣、感受外邪为主,临床以化痰止咳药、解表药、清热药、补虚药为主。
Objective To analyze the application of traditional Chinese medicine and prescriptions to treat children cough in literature and to conclude application laws to guide clinical practice.Methods Literature research database of treating children cough by using traditional Chinese medicine was established through retrieving CNKI.SPSS 11.5 was adopted to compile and describe the data.Results Based on statistics,traditional Chinese drugs with function of relieving children cough were altogether 134 kinds and the frequency was 734 times.The most commonly-used drugs were respectively heat-clearing medicinals,phlegm-resolving and cough-relieving medicinals,deficiency-tonifying medicinals and exterior-relieving medicinals,which accounted for 78.88 %.Flavors of bitterness,sweetness and pungent accounted for 90.7 %.Properties were mainly coldness,warmness and peacefulness,which accumulated to 96.99 %.Meridian tropisms were mainly lung channel,spleen channel and stomach channel,which accounted for 65.66 %.Conclusion The disease is mainly manifested with lung-qi-failing-to-disperse and affecting-external pathogenic factors.Clinically,phlegm-resolving and cough-relieving medicinals,exterior-relieving medicinals,heat-clearing medicinals and deficiency-tonifying medicinals are mainly adopted.
