摘要
目的:探讨口底蜂窝织炎合并严重并发症的临床特点和治疗方案。方法:收集近7年来口底蜂窝织炎合并严重并发症病例6例,根据其严重程度采取全身抗炎加切开引流(减张)及局部冲洗敷药的方法。结果:5例获得了满意的治疗效果,1例病情严重,抢救无效死亡。结论:治疗口底蜂窝织炎引起的严重并发症,采用全身抗炎加局部敷药加切开引流的方案,可以取得良好的临床疗效。
Objective： To investigate clinical features and treatment scheme of the cellulitis of mouth floor combined with serious complications. Methods： 6 cases of mouth floor cellulitis combined with serious complications in the recent 7 years have been collected. Systemic anti-inflammatory together with incision and drainage （ tension ） and a partial flush dressing method as well were performed on patients according to the severity of their symptoms. Results. Satisfactory results were obtained in 5 cases, but 1 case died after rescuing because of the severe illness.. Conclusion. For treating severe complica：tions caused by the cellulitis of mouth floor, systemic anti-inflammatory, local medication together with scheme of incision and drainage can obtain better clinical curative effect.
